Return & Refund Policy
Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
To be eligible for a return: The item must be in original, unworn, and unwashed condition
The item must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
The item must be returned in its original packaging (when possible)
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Final sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Items marked “non-returnable” at the time of purchase
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at stephens.josef@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
